These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nabble app, operated by Nabble Limited (company no. 16829537), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using Nabble, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Nabble. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
User-Generated Content: Nabble enables users to create and share content, including item listings, messages, and profile information. You are solely responsible for any content you create, share, or interact with. By submitting content, you grant Nabble a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Nabble has a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, threats, explicit material, fraud, or illegal activity. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
Moderation and Enforcement: We review reports and take action within 24 hours where possible. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.
Reporting and Blocking: Users can report content and block other users within the app. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your experience and prevents further interaction.
User Responsibility: All exchanges are conducted directly between users. Nabble does not guarantee, insure, or manage any lending transactions and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disputes arising from user interactions or items borrowed or lent through the platform.
Acceptable Use: Nabble is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the platform for selling, commercial activity, fraud, spam, or any misuse of the service.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, item listings, messages, and activity from the platform. This action cannot be undone.
Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or if your activity poses a risk to other users or the platform.
No Warranty: Nabble is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any items listed by users will meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabble is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
Privacy: Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
